The Jonas Brothers singer, 29, and the Game of Thrones star, 23, exchanged vows in a surprise wedding ceremony in Las Vegas on Wednesday, May 1.
As it was previously planned, the couple will soon walk down the aisle again in a lavish wedding ceremony across the pond in summer.
Noting that in the couple had to get married in the States first to make their marriage legal, a source told PEOPLE, "The wedding is still in Europe."
Joe first revealed the venue of their wedding in April.
He said during an interview on the Zach Sang Show, he said,
I mean, we are getting married in France, so a lot of Coors Light is necessary. Not hard, really, to get that, but we needed to make sure that was going to happen.
The official wedding date for them has not been revealed. However, the singer told James Cordon on The Late Late Show in March that the pair, who became engaged in October 2016, has planned to have a summer ceremony.
Following the performance at the Billboard Music Awards, Hoe headed to Chapel L’Amour inside A Little White Wedding Chapel in Vegas with his fiancee where they walked down the aisle as Dan + Shay were singing their hit Speechless.
