In the court documents obtained, JWoww cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split and she filed the divorce papers on Wednesday, September 12, in Ocean County, New Jersey.
The reality star's complaint read,
The Plaintiff and the Defendant have irreconcilable differences which have caused the breakdown of the marriage for a period of at least six months which make it appear that the marriage should be dissolved and that there is no prospect of reconciliation.
The businessman, 43, also took to Instagram on Thursday night to confirmed the break up news, with sharing a video of himself in which he explains about the divorce filing.
He said in the video clip,
My wife filed for divorce, it’s true. I’m just gonna keep it simple. I don’t blame her. There’s no cheating or any dumb s–t, any juicy details. She just grew tired of the repetitive pattern that we fell into … again, I’m not gonna get into detail but it was a repetitive pattern and not a good one.
I’m not done fighting, I’m gonna win my wife back. I’m gonna win her affection back, I’m gonna win her love back. I have no intention of being a single dad. We’re in counseling so there is hope. It ain’t over till the fat lady sings.
