Jeff Zucker enrolled at the "North Miami Senior High School," where he was a captain of the tennis team, a teenage freelance reporter, and an editor of the school paper for The Miami Herald.

Upon graduation, he attended the "Harvard University," and in 1986 he graduated with a "Bachelor of Arts in American history." During his graduation, he became the president of the school newspaper, The Harvard Crimson during his senior year.

Jeffrey Adam began his professional career with NBC as a researcher of coverage the information of the 1988 Summer Olympics. He then joined the "Today Show" as a producer and soon became its executive producer.
