Jake Hurwitz, the son of a Jewish father and Christian mother, was born in Connecticut; the United States on August 5, 1985, is an American comedian, writer, and actor. 

2009

College Humor

Later in 2009 Jake possessed a  full – time position at the CollegeHumor, where wrote and acted in original videos. Hurwitz then became a cast member on The CollegeHumor Show in the same year.

The Friendship at career

Jake Hurwitz and Amir Blumenfeld met in 2006 when the two started their internship at CollegeHumor. There were seated opposite to each other when their office was moved to Union Square.

Jake Hurwitz started his career as he was still in college; with a book The College Humor Guide to College, and started writing a column for the comedy website CollegeHumor. After he had transferred to Hunter College, he became an intern at the company – CollegeHumor. Later working full time, he wrote and acted in original videos. Hurwitz then became a cast member on The CollegeHumor Show in 2009.
