Rahul Kohli is opening up about going through a sexual abuse! The iZombie star has come forward to admit that he was sexually abused when he was a child.

The television personality, 33, took to Twitter and Instagram on Monday, March 11, to break up silence about being a victim of sexual abuse, explaining he now doesn't want to keep his abuse a secret.

Rahul wrote in a statement,

The longer I keep my secret, the longer I feel like I’m protecting someone who doesn’t deserve it and letting down others who are too afraid to step forward and confront their own past.

He added, "I was a victim of sexual abuse as a child." He then concluded the post with a message to other victims, writing, "We are not alone and we are not to blame."

His statement prompted numerous followers and fellow actors, including Desperate Housewives star Mehcad Brooks to show their support to him.
