The Dora the Explorer film represents Dora as a teenager, who sets off on an adventure with her monkey friend Boots, and her cousin Diego.

Actor Micke Moreno, 19, will portray the role of Diego in the adventure movie directed by James Bobin, who previously worked on The Muppets and Alice Through the Looking Glass.

This is not the first time Isabela plays Dora but previously in 2014 and 2015, she had voiced the character Kate on the series Dora and Friends: Into the City!.

Isabela began her onscreen acting career with a minor role in The House That Jack Built in 2013. She later starred on the NBC sitcom Growing Up Fisher and the Nickelodeon series 100 Things to Do Before High School.

Isabela has also appeared in the 2017 film Transformers: The Last Knight.
