Is Rowan Atkinson aka Mr. Bean Dead? OR It's Just a Hoax?

Posts circulating on social media have been claiming that Rowan Atkinson aka Mr. Bean has died on Wednesday, July 18. But it has come out as just a hoax.

The latest fake posts about the comedy actor's death, which have been widely shared on Facebook and Twitter, emerged on Wednesday, July 18 and it claimed that the Mr. Bean star died in a car crash in Los Angeles.

Previously in July 2017, another false story - which claimed to have come from Fox News - emerged that reported that Atkinson had been linked to a scam website which could give your computer a virus.

Their headline read, "FOX BREAKING NEWS: ‘Mr. Bean (Rowan Atkinson)’ died at 62 After Crashing his Car on Attempt perfecting a Stunt - Today July, 2017".

In July 2016, a similar story regarding Atkinson's death circulated on social media, which claimed to be from BBC News. It had reported that Atkinson "has committed suicide".
