An Indiana man, namely Avery Bullock, 27, allegedly shot a military veteran of age 60 at least 20 times at close range as the old man walked on the street, authorities have confirmed.
According to court documents obtained, the suspect allegedly told the victim at some point, "Yo, old school, you ever been shot with a paint gun?"
The 27-year-old man is charged with battery by means of a deadly weapon.

Avery approached the 6-year-old man on April 24. The old man tried to run away but fell to the ground and his back got injured.
According to the documents, Avery then started firing the paintballs from 3 feet away. The condition of the victim has not been available.
Avery was arrested after authorities found with a paintball gun. Investigators are looking for complaints of paintballs being shot at nearby homes and vehicles.
Investigators are also trying to find if Avery is connected to the other paintball incidents.
