Hezekiah Walker was born on the 25th of December 1962 in Brooklyn, New York, United States. His birth name is Hezekiah Xavier Walker, Jr. Walker holds an American nationality and he belongs to the white ethnicity.

Hezekiah Walker is a Gospel musician and has released several albums as Hezekiah Walker & The Love Fellowship Crusade Choir.  He started his professional music career in 1987 by releasing I'll make it.

Since then he has released a number of albums. He was nominated for an NAACP Image Award for Best Gospel Artist in 2001 and he has won the Grammy Awards for Best Gospel Album by Choir and Chorus for twice.

His other albums are LIVE IN Atlanta at Morehouse College (1994), Love is Live (2001), Souled Out (2008) etc.
