    She began her meteorologist career from WPXTV then she joined The Weather Channel. After working there for few years, she received lots of name and fame and also earned massive amount of salary. But this weather channel fall short of profit and fired her without formal notice.

     She started her career as a weather forecaster for WLKY-TV in 1967. Just after her graduation from Wellesley College, she started her job on WLKY-TV. She was later promoted to general assignment post, but she left soon on 1970.
