The thing that how long the actress, 57, will remain in a treatment facility is unknown. However, according to Radar Online, who was the first to report the news, her family thinks she will spend a long time there.

Four months later, she was again handcuffed for kicking an EMT officer and punching a deputy. This was the third time in this year that Heather was hospitalized; she received treatment for a possible overdose in June.
