Heather Locklear’s boyfriend, Chris Heisser will not be sentenced to jail after pleading guilty to DUI(Driving Under the Influence), the same day allegedly being assaulted by the Melrose Place star.
As per the report, Chris, who knows Heather since their high school, will face 36-months probation, be fined $2,377 in addition to completing a nine-month DUI program within a year.
As part of his plea deal, the driving with a blood-alcohol level of more than .15 was subsequently dismissed.
As previously reported, on February 26, Chris was arrested on the same day police visited the 56-year-old T.J. Hooker star’s home after receiving a 911 call citing “reports of a domestic dispute.”
A spokesperson for the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office told media,
During the officer’s investigation Locklear was uncooperative and agitated, she was not only verbally uncooperative, but physically abusive to officers. She attacked three of our deputies and was arrested, there was also evidence that she had battered her boyfriend.
As a result, Heather was charged with a felony of domestic violence and three counts of battery against an officer.
Later in March, Police raided the 56-year-old actress' home after she “told deputies she would shoot them if they ever came back to her house again” while she was arrested for alleged domestic violence.
Additionally, in June, Heather was hospitalized after a family member called 911, claiming that she was threatening to hurt herself while acting erratically.
On June 30, multiple sources confirmed that the Dynasty alum was entering long-term treatment for mental health and other issues.
