Heather Lind was born to her mother Judy Lind, and father, Ted Lind. In 2005, she completed her Bachelor of Arts from Fordham University. Later, she completed her Masters of Fine Arts in acting at NYU’s Graduate Acting program.
Heather debuted in ‘The Merchant of Venice’, where she portrayed the role of Jessica, the daughter of Shylock, which was played by Al Pacino. The movie won the 67th annual ‘Theatre World Award’ for Off-Broadway Debut Performances during 2010-2011. In 2011, she also played Katy, Margret Thompson’s maid. It was the HBO series named ‘Boardwalk Empire’. She has also worked as a narrator in audiobook. She narrated on the audiobook named Clockwork Prince, with Ed Westwick.
In 2017, with the start of #MeToo campaign, Heather Lind accused the former president George H.W. Bush of sexually harassing her during the photo session for publicity of her series, ‘Turn: Washington’s Spies’. She revealed the case in an Instagram post. She wrote, "Bush sexually assaulted me while I was posing for a similar photo. He didn’t shake my hand. He touched me from behind from his wheelchair with his wife Barbara Bush by his side. He told me a dirty joke. And then, all the while being photographed, touched me again."
However, she later deleted the post, but the snapshot is saved by the fans. Bush didn’t accept his mistake. He said that it was just a friendly pat and that he tells the same joke to almost everyone he meets. Later, he apologized sincerely to anyone he has offended.
She is not married, and currently, she neither has a husband nor a boyfriend. There are no any records of her dating anyone in the past as well. Talking about her availability in social sites, she is active on Instagram and Twitter.
