The former U.S. Champion and elite gymnast Mattie Larson gave a heart-touching testimony at the sentencing hearing for Larry Nassary, the USA Gymnastics physician on Tuesday. Nassar is accused of sexually assaulting more than150 women and girls.

Larson first joined the Karolyi Ranch in Texas to train at the national camp at the age of 10. Recalling her horrific past, she detailed her experience, how the physician started abusing her at 14. Nassar then used to work as a doctor for Michigan State University and USA Gymnastics.

On the sixth day of Nassar sentencing hearing, she also revealed how she willingly hurt herself to avoid his abuse. She said:

I was willing to physically hurt myself to get out of the abuse I received at that ranch. I was taking a bath when I decided to splash water on the floor and bang my head as hard as I could on the tub so it looked like I slipped..  thought injuring myself was the only way I could get out of going to camp.

Larson also expressed her hatred towards the former doctor and said, "I can’t even put into words how much I f***ing hate you."

She also shared her experience during her training when both of her ankles were dislocated. Larson was treated in a low manner while she had a hip injury. "My injury was very close to my pelvic bone, so when Larry put his fingers in my vagina for the first time, I thought it was some internal treatment. That was the only injury I ever had that was remotely close to my genital region … no matter what Larry was treating me for over the years, his fingers always seemed to find his way inside me, never using gloves." the former champion said with tearful eyes.

Judge Rosemarie Aquilina will hear some more statements from the victims before finalizing Nassar's sentence on Wednesday.

Larson also called off to implement strict mandatory reporting laws that would require amateur athletic organizations to report sexual abuse. Fellow gymnast Aly Raisman also tweeted in support of her. Raisman previously slammed the USA Gymnastics For ‘Shaming’ Sexual Assault Victims.

Former Olympic gold medalist Simone Biles also accused Nassar of sexually abusing her. Aly Raisman and Simone Biles have already made victim's statement at Nassar's sentence hearing.
