Guillaume Cizeron, born on 12 November 1994, is a French ice dancer, and also a world and a European champion(2015,2016) alongside his partner Gabriella Papadakis. They became first in overall at the 2016 World Championships in Boston. The couple has done terrific work in international figure skating competition winning a large number of titles in their career.

The championship was held on March 28 – April 3, 2016, where 38 well deserving nations were participating for the brilliance. Cizeron was uncertain about the competition after his partner was hit by a skate blade on March 2016, while she was rehearsing steps with Cizeron. But the defending champions were not backing them off the championship.

Despite the injury, Guillaume and Gabriella continued their training session in a regular manner with eight stitches on Papadakis’s knee. It is said that fortune favors the brave as the couple got the gold medal with the score of 194.46 overall at the 2016 World Championships, beating Maia Shibutani /Alex Shibutani of United States by 6 points in the finals. Cizeron, alongside his partner, was able to set new ISU best score of 118.17 in free dance in the Championship. The previous best was 116.63 of Meryl Davis/Charlie White from the United States.

The glory came for the second time in their career. It was really a proud moment for the couple and for the entire country as well. The champions were teamed up together by the age of 9 years old under the coaching of Papadakis’s mother, Catherine Papadakis. When they got the gold medal in the free dance at World Championship in season 2014/15, they became the first French skaters to win a World title since 2008 and the youngest World champions in ice dance in 49 years. Together they won silver at the 2012 Junior Grand PrixFinal and 2013 World Junior Championships.They are gold medalist of 2015 French Championship, bronze medalist in 2014-2015 Grand Prix with other minor trophies.The World wants to congratulate them as champions and wish them well for the next season. According to different sources, Guillaume's net worth has increased significantly.
