It's officially all over for Ainsley Earhardt and William Proctor! The Fox & Friends co-host's husband has filed for the divorce from her in New York after six years of marriage, multiple sources have confirmed.
According to the New York Post‘s Page Six, He filed the divorce documents just the television personality, 42, announced her split with William.
His filing comes following William's claims in which he says he “was unfaithful with one of her closest friends a few years ago and there is evidence to prove it."
However, William, 34, a former Clemson University quarterback who works in finance at Neuberger Berman, denied the cheating allegations made against him.
He told the newspaper, "There is not one ounce of truth to the allegations that I had an affair."
I am disappointed that this private matter has become public. I remain focused on and committed to being the best dad, and maintaining a friendship with my wife even though she has decided to move on.
William added, "I am devastated about this situation and did not envision this for the future of our family".
The estranged couple, who married in October 2012, share a young daughter Hayden, 3, who was born on November 6, 2015.

A spokesperson for Fox News said on Tuesday that Ainsley said, "After much prayer and careful consideration, Will and I have separated."
She continued, "I am grateful to Fox for their support and allowing me to spend all day, everyday after the morning show with my child".
She added, "I am fully committed to parenting and doing what is always best for my darling, little girl, and would appreciate privacy and prayers during this difficult time."
Ainsley was first married to her college sweetheart, Kevin McKinney. They tied the knot in April 2005 and got a divorce in 2009.
