William was by The actress' side when she appeared in court earlier this week. She appeared in the court hours after being arrested at gunpoint by FBI agents on March 12. She was released on a $250,000 bail.

Huffman, according to court documents obtained, "made a purported charitable contribution of $15,000" and became a part of "the college entrance exam cheating scheme on behalf of her eldest daughter," Sofia Grace Macy, 18.

As per the report, she had also "made arrangements to pursue the scheme for a second time" to help her younger daughter, Georgia Grace Macy, 16, into a prestigious university.

Huffman was among dozens of people who participated in the scam. Fuller House star Lori Loughlin and her husband, Mossimo Giannulli, are also among them.

Loughlin was taken into the custody on March 13, one day after Giannulli was indicted for getting involved in the scam. She is scheduled to appear in court on March 29.
