It's been weeks since Eva Marcille accused her ex-boyfriend, Kevin McCall, of abusive behavior and the rapper, 33, was arrested for domestic violence, multiple sources have confirmed.

According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, the singer was taken into custody on Monday, April 15, and booked on charges stemming from the abusive incident occurred on The Real Housewives of Atlanta in January.

As per the reports, Kevin, who was released on a $75,000 bail on Tuesday, April 16, is scheduled to appear in court for a preliminary hearing on April 30.

McCall was previously charged with corporal injury to a spouse but he pleaded not guilty in March.

Eva, 34, who shares daughter Marley, 5, with Kevin, opened up about her relationship with the rapper during an episode of RHOA on the March 24.

Noting that she has filed some restraining orders against Kevin, the America’s Next Top Model alum said at the time, "I still feel a sense of threat."

She added,

I have had to move five times, and I still feel a sense of uneasiness. He’s just so petty sometimes. I’ve walked outside of my balcony before and he’s been standing in the dark. And it is the scariest feeling ever.

Referring to the rapper as "Marley’s donor," the reality star added on the Bravo series,

Every time I move, he finds me. Because of that, I live in multiple places. Safety is a priority for me.

Following her statement, Kevin denied the allegations made against him on Twitter on March 25.

Here's the tweet, check it out.

Eva is currently married to her loving husband, Michael Sterling. The couple, who shares son Michael Jr., 12, tied the knot on October 7, 2018, in a lavish ceremony in Atlanta.
