EMT Jennifer Hayn-Hilton, who accused Heather Locklear of attacking her in June, has sued the 'Dynasty' star, multiple sources have confirmed.
In court documents obtained, Jennifer is seeking payment for medical expenses she incurred after the actress, 57, allegedly assaulted her. The EMT is also seeking compensation for loss of earnings, lawsuit costs and other damages.
According to the lawsuit Jennifer filed against Heather, the actress "struck, kicked and battered" her and stated that she used bad words saying she wished her children "would all die of AIDS" as she was responding to a call at her home.

Heather Locklear Sued for Assault After Allegedly Attacking EMT https://t.co/MKJzcgmEFM
Jennifer's lawyer told Us Weekly, on Friday, November 2, "My client was there to help Ms. Locklear when Ms. Locklear intentionally and maliciously kicked her in the neck and face."
The attorney added, "This wasn’t the first time Ms. Locklear did this either, but hopefully something will be done to ensure it is the last".
As previously reported, in June, the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that a family member called 911 two times and told about a "disturbance" at Heather’s home, reporting that the Melrose Place star was "extremely intoxicated".
Heather was then arrested on two counts of misdemeanor battery on a police officer and emergency personnel.
A source told the publication at the time,
At that level of intoxication, they had to have someone come out and check her health. The EMT was trying to help Heather and she went in to take her heart rate and as she got close, Heather kicked her in her face and neck area. The EMT was still trying to do her job, making sure she was stable for transport. The next day she woke up and could barely move her neck with pain radiating down her arm.
Hours after the alleged attack, the actress was hospitalized for a possible overdose.
