Elle Duncan started his professional career in Atlanta as a trainee with 2 Live Stews. A year later, She was appointed by Atlanta host, Ryan Cameron, to join the Ryan Cameron Show on V-103. There she worked as the traffic reporter and on-air personality. Besides this, she also served as a contributor to the Atlanta Falcons radio network pre- and post-game shows.
Later in 2012, Elle joined the NBC Affiliate WXIA-TV, as a traffic reporter. A year later, on April 27, she was caught by police and charged with careless driving. But the case was dropped out after some time.
In 2014 Duncan moved to the NESN, an American regional sports cable and satellite television network as an anchor, reporter, and host. Duncan started co-hosting the NESN Live Presented by Cross Insurance together with Sarah Davis.
On April 27, 2016, Elle moved to join a SportsCenter as an anchor. Besides this Duncan also featured in the 2014 movie, Ride Along, an American action comedy film directed by Tim Story, starring Ice Cube, Kevin Hart, John Leguizamo, Bryan Callen, Tika Sumpter and Laurence Fishburne. In the movie, she appeared as a news reporter.
Duncan is the holder of an American nationality and belongs to white ethnicity. She is married to an actor named, Omar Abdul Ali since July 9, 2016.
