It's become more complicated! Demi Lovato is battling health complications while she still remains in the hospital almost one week after being hospitalized following a drug overdose, multiple sources have confirmed.

According to TMZ and Entertainment Tonight report, the 25-year-old Barney & Friends star has been suffering from extreme nausea and a high fever.

A representative for the Sorry Not Sorry singer was asked for comment but he didn't respond to the request.

The health update comes just a day after multiple sources confirmed that Demi is still in the hospital.

As previously reported, on Tuesday, July 24, Joe Jonas ex-girlfriend was hospitalized in Los Angelas after suffering an apparent overdose of heroin.

At the time, LAPD officer Ray Brown told in a press conference that authorities responded to a home in Hollywood at 11:37 a.m. local time, and when paramedics arrived they found the singer was unconscious. Demi was reportedly administered Narcan.

Hours after her hospitalization, the Jonas Brothers singer posted a message on Twitter for his former girlfriend, whom he briefly dated in 2010.

A few weeks ago, in her new song Sober, Demi revealed that she relapsed. She had celebrated six years of sobriety in March.

Demi first checked into rehab when she was only 18 in 2010. She then entered a sober house for one year in 2013.
