Demi Lovato Concerns Fans with New Single ‘Sober’: Hits Number One in 12 Countries

Demi Lovato has relapsed after being sober for years now and even celebrated six years of sobriety in March only.

Well, that’s what fans have learned from her new single Sober. Demi's new song ‘Sober' was uploaded on YouTube on Thursday, and in the song, she says:

Momma, I'm so sorry I'm not sober anymore/And daddy please forgive me for the drinks spilled on the floor. To the ones who never left me... We’ve been down this road before. I’m so sorry, I’m not sober anymore.

In the music video, she sings about her drug addiction problems which she faced for a long time in the past and has possibly relapsed into. Additionally, the singer soon after the music video hit YouTube shared a link to the video and wrote, 'My truth.'

Fans are very concerned about the singer cum actress as within the song; she apologized to her fans for falling into the dark place again. She sings:

And I’m sorry for the fans I lost. Who watched me fall again. I wanna be a role model. But I’m only human.

The song is growing on people more and more and has made its way to the top in listings of US iTunes. Likewise, it is also on the Top 10 list of UK equivalent.

Sober is also No. 1 on iTunes of countries like Brazil, Greece, Saudi Arabia, Argentina, Hungary, Colombia, Guatemala, Ecuador, Peru, Netherlands, and Cyprus.
