David So is an American actor, singer, comedian, writer, and producer. He rose to fame from a funny video he posted in his YouTube channel known by the name DavidSoComedy.

David So was born on 30th March 1987 and is currently 31 years old. He was born in Seoul, South Korea. At the age of two, David moved and settled to California along with his parents. He grew up alongside his elder brother.
David attended Florin High School and later got enrolled in the University of California, Riverside and later transferred to Sacramento University. He is of American nationality and belongs to Korean descent.

David had a dream of becoming a musician as a kid, however, when he turned 16, he started performing stand up around clubs in Sacramento and expressed his comic abilities. David dropped out of college in order to focus on his comedy career.
In early 2011, David launched his own channel on YouTube under DavidSoComedy and began posting videos. He has posted many videos which include his journey to weight loss, skits/shorts/sketches, and more.
David also posts his original music as well as cover songs on his YouTube channel which has 150,000 subscribers and over 9 million views as of early 2019.
David has also featured in the television shows, most notably The Comment Show. He has also portrayed numerous characters in the mini-series JustKiddingFilms between 2011 and 2014.
In 2017, David along with his friend Justin Chon co-created his first major film project Gook in 2017 with starring roles. The film was premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in January 2017.
David has also created an 8-episode web series with Kevin Hart, an ace comedian.

David has been in a longterm relationship with girlfriend Mariel Song. Although David has tried to keep his dating life behind the curtains, he couldn't hide it any longer and made his relationship public via an Instagram post.
In the same way, David later on his YouTube Channel talked about How He met Mariel. David opened about how Mariel' weirdness and quirkiness attracted him to her. The pair has not tied their knot yet however they might be planning to get married in the near future.
