Dave Abrams is giving another chance to his relationship with wife Jennie Garth! It's been more than a year since the restaurateur, 37, filed for divorce from the Beverly Hills, 90210 alum and not sources confirmed that he has decided not to get a divorce.

According to documents obtained by The Blast, Dave has filed a request to the court asking it to dismiss his divorce petition.

The divorce withdrawal news comes days after the couple attended a Los Angeles Lakers game together (January 29).

Dave and Jennie, 46, had got married in an intimate wedding ceremony at her Los Olivos home in July 2015.

However, in November 2017, multiple sources revealed the pair had opted to split.

A source told Us Weekly at the time,

They are still trying to make it work, but they haven’t been living together. They love each other, but like every marriage, it takes work.

Four months later, Dave filed for divorce from his wife. In the court documents obtained at the time, he had listed August 29, 2017, as their date of separation.

Jennie was also previously married twice. Her first husband was Daniel B. Clark (1994-1996) while her second husband was Peter Facinelli (2001-2013), with who she shares three children, daughters Luca, 21, Lola, 16, and Fiona, 12.
