Conny Bischofberger began her media career as an intern at the New Vorarlberg daily newspaper in Bregenz. Later, she became an editorial staff member and completed the 3 years apprenticeship. She then worked for the St. Galler Tagblatt, a Swiss regional newspaper.
At the age twenty-five, Conny Bischoberger moved to the capital of Austria, Vienna. There she joined Kurier as editor, where she started her first interview format “Zur Sache”. During the time, she also served as a freelancer at Weltwoche Zurich and the monthly magazine “Basta”, as well as a columnist at “Wienerin”.
Conny gained international fame as a star-interviewer for the “Kronen Zeitung”. There she designed the Sunday column “Personal” for 15 years long. During the time, she wrote interviews for “Bild on Sunday”, was an editor in chief of the daily Radio Talkshow “Resetarits Live” as well as a member of the editorial board for the women’s magazine “Woman”.
Further, Conny was offered to lead the Sunday edition of the “courier”. After serving there for three years, she returned to the Kronen Zeitung as an interviewer. Throughout her career as an interviewer, she has published more than a thousand interviews in German, Austrian, and Swiss media.
Talking about Conny's love life, she is currently single and unmarried. However, she has two sons, Christof and Alexander from her previous love affair with her boyfriend Hans Mahr, an Austrian journalist, and media manager.
