Comedian Ralphie May Dies At Age 45 After Cardiac Arrest

A deep condolence!! One of the renowned American comedian Ralphie May is no more among us. He has died at his home in Las Vegas after suffering from a cardiac arrest at the age of 45, the office of his manager, Judie Brown, confirmed to the media.

The Chattanooga-born stand-up comedian took second place on Last Comic Standing in 2003. He had been appeared in several specials since on Comedy Central and Netflix including Prime Cut, Girth of a Nation, and Too Big to Ignore.

Ralphie's publicist Stacey Pokluda said in a statement:

We are heartbroken to announce the untimely death of our friend, Ralphie May. Ralphie had been battling pneumonia and had canceled a handful of dates over the last month in an effort to recover,

Ralphie's body was discovered on Friday morning at a private residence in Las Vegas.
