Comedian Freddie Starr Dies At Age 76 His Spain Home

Freddie Starr, the English comedian and actor best known for his appearance in I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!, has died. He was 76.

As for the cause of death, the comic actor passed away after suffering a heart attack while watching TV at his home in Costa Del Sol.

As per the report, he spent his final days talking to his pet Charlie and listening to Roy Orbison records.

Starr was diagnosed with coronary artery disease and had been suffering from a quadruple bypass after having a stroke in 2010. He also had asthma.

The Freddie Starr Show host was reportedly in thousands of pounds of debt. He had even received threats for not paying water bills at his Spanish bolthole.

Starr was found slumped on the floor of his apartment near Marbella. As per the report, he was so broke that he even had stopped paying his electricity bills three years ago.

He had to pay off the 2,000 euro charge.

A Bulgarian carer, Nelly Georgieva, was in tear while speaking up about how the comedian had appeared his usual cheerful self. The two had enjoyed breakfast together shortly before he was found dead.
