One of the suspects in the fatal Colorado school shooting appeared in the court on Wednesday, May 8.
Devon Erickson, 18, opened fire at the school on Tuesday, May 7, and it left one person dead and eight others.
According to The Associated Press, the suspect appeared to shake his head while replying to the judge. When David was asked if he had any questions, he responded "no."
Erickson and a second juvenile suspect are accused of attacking at the STEM School Highlands Ranch in Colorado.
According to a tweet shared by the Colorado Supreme Court's public information officer, Rob McCallum, charges in the case against the 18-year-old are will be filed on Friday, May 10.

The slain student was identified as Kendrick Ray Castillo, 18. He was killed when the suspects opened fire in a classroom of the school.
Several among the eight injured students were in critical condition at the hospital. But four others were released by Tuesday night.
