Laura Jarrett, the daughter of American businesswoman Valerie Jarrett and William Jarrett, is also a reporter for CNN. Born to a family of politicians and reporter, Laura too ended up following the footsteps of her parents. Speaking of Laura's personal life, she is a married woman. Laur is married to Tony Baliksson, the son of former Legislative Assembly of Ontario member, Bas Balikissoon. Laura and her now-husband Tony tied the knot in 2002, in Kenwood Chicago.
A total of 280 guests were invited to the ceremony. Media people were asked not to take any photographs. Keeping the ceremony into privacy, the father-in-law of Laura only reported the marriage as "cool."
Laura and Tony crossed their paths for the first time at the Harvard Law School, Massachusetts. Both, Laura and Tony, are the graduates of the Harvard Law School.
By now, Laur and Tony are married for six long years. The pair hasn't welcomed any children yet, and the fact doesn't seem to bother them at all. In fact, nor Laura neither Tony has expressed their plans for having children.

Laura Jarrett, the attorney, and reporter for CNN was born in 1983 in Illinois, Chicago, to parents Valerie Jarret and Wiliam Robert Jarret. Laura attended a local school in Chicago. After completion of her high schooling, Laura attended Harvard Law School to graduate in 2010.
During her time at Harvard, Laura was the co-chairperson of Articles Selection. She also served as the Article Editor and Technical Editor for the Harvard Journal of Law and Gender. Laura published her articles based on the scenario of gender, violence, and law.

Upon her graduation, Laura was admitted to practice law both in state and federal court in Illinois.
Laura began her professional career as a law person, working as a clerk for the Honorable Rebecca Pallmeyer in the Northern District, Illinois. Laura then worked for Honorable Ann C. Williams on the 7th Circuit Court of Appeal.
Laura also worked in private firms for several years. A few years to her involvement in the private firms, Laura shifted to reporting and was hired CNN in 2016 in the post of a reporter.
Well, when it comes to her relationship apart from his now-husband Tony Baliksson, there are no reports that is suggestive of her past affairs and relationships.
