Claudia was enrolled at Saint-Joseph-de-l'Apparition school. She studied in this school with her sister named Blanche. Later on, she joined Paul Cambon School and she completed her high school graduation from there.

In the late 1950s, Claudia was introduced to Franco Cristaldi. Franco Cristaldi was an Italian film producer who had produced several renowned movies in his life. They got married in 1966 but they called off their married life in 1975.

After her divorce with Cristaldi was finalized she began dating Pasquale Squitieri. Pasquale Squitieri is also a talented film director and screenwriter. She is the mother of two children.

She is still in love with Pasquale Squitieri as they are still together as a loving couple. She is now aged 78 years old.
