Bryce Dallas Howard is a daughter of actor-director, Ron Howard and Cheryl Howard. She grew up in Greenwich, Connecticut with her two younger sisters, twins Paige and Jocelyn, and a younger brother Reed. Bryce along with her siblings has raised being away from the world of business but giving priority to outdoor activities and hobbies.
She first enrolled at "Stagedoor Manor and then "Greenwich Country Day School". In 1999, Howard graduated from "Byram Hills High School" and then for further study, she enrolled at "New York University’s "Tisch School of the Arts" and graduated with a BFA degree in drama.
While Howard was at the university, she performed in the Broadway productions of classical plays plus in a part of concept recording in a musical, “A Tale of Two Cities”.
In 1989, Howard steeped in the Hollywood with the movie “Parenthood”. Further, she appeared in the “Book of Love” in 2004 which was directed by Alan Brown, however, it didn’t achieve a good response from the audience and critics.
The same year, she featured as the female lead in the “The Village”, where her work was appreciated by the critics and the film did well commercially as well. Further, she has cast in “Manderlay” as Grace Mulligan, “Terminator Salvation” as Kate Conner, “The loss of a teardrop diamond” in a lead role, “Hereafter” and much more. Till the date, she has starred in 25 movies.
Aside from the big screen, Bryce has also actively involved in the television. She has made her appearance in TV series like Family Guy, Call Me Crazy: A Five Film, HitRecord on TV and Black Mirror.
Howard’s hard work has paid back her very well with numerous awards. She is a recipient of MTV Movie Awards, Black Reel Awards, Broadcast Film Critics Association, Hollywood Film Festival, Satellite Awards, Screen Actor Guild, and Women Film Critics Circle.
Howard is a married woman, she exchanged vows with her school sweet heart, Seth Gabel. Prior to the marriage, the couple dated for several years. Now the couple has blessed with two children and living a happy family life.
