The newest addition to the family! Last month, Brigitte Nielsen announced her pregnancy with her fifth child and now the former Playboy model has welcomed a baby girl with Mattia Dessi, multiple sources have confirmed.
According to the People reports, the Red Sonja star, 54, and her 39-year-old husband welcomed their daughter in Los Angelas on Friday, June 22 and they have named the newly born Frida.
As previously reported, on May 30, the 'The Surreal Life' actress announced that she and Mattia were expecting, with sharing two photos on Instagram in which she was cradling her growing baby bump.
She captioned one of the pictures, “Family getting larger”.
Here're the posts, check them out.
Earlier this week, Brigitte shared a photo on Instagram, showing her husband with his hand on her swollen belly.
Sheck it out.
Back in 2011, the Beverly Hills Cop II star revealed her desire to have more kids.
She told The Guardian at the time,
I would love to because of all the things I have learned. It would be like starting all over again. But am I too old? I’m young at heart and I would be different this time around. Mattia and I have discussed it, but I don’t know how likely it is. And to interfere with things just because I feel as if I could give more to a child than I did when I was 20 — is that too selfish? I don’t know.
This is the first child for Mattia while Brigitte has now become a mother of five. She has four sons; Julian, 34, Killian, 28, Douglas, 25, and Raoul, 23, from her previous marriages.
She was previously married to composer Kasper Winding (1983-1984), Sylvester Stallone (1985-1987), Sebastian Copeland (1990-1992), Raoul Meyer (1993-2005).
