Brian's family told TMZ that he was found dead at his home and they believe the cause of death of the actor is heart failure as the Chester County Coroner had a history of arrhythmia.

According to the family, Brian's death is not related to drugs or alcohol as no substances were found in the home.
Brian is survived by his fiancée, Sarah J. Bell, his parents, Carol Lancaster and Dennis Lancaster, his godparents, Janice O’Hara and Ed Lancaster, and his dog named Reagan.
As per the report, private memorial services will be conducted on Thursday, April 5.
In lieu of flowers, the late actor's family has asked that contributions be made in his name to Brandywine Valley SPCA, a no-kill animal shelter in his hometown of West Chester, Pennsylvania.
This is not the first tragic death of the Road Rules cast but back in June 2017, Danny Dias had also passed away.
