Blac Youngsta whose real name is Samuel Benson is an American rapper who is currently signed to Yo Gotti's CMG music label and is widely known for being the face of many controversies.

Blac Youngsta was born as Samuel Benson and celebrates his birthday on 8th of April in 1990 in Memphis, Tennessee. He has not mentioned the name of his parents and was raised totally by his grandparents in the streets of McMillan. Blac also has a younger brother, and besides that, he's not listed any family members.

Being born into a poor family he didn't have any privilege of attending school and started working jobs at just 10 years of age but soon lost it, when caught placing fake orders. He would later take the food home when his shift ended as the fake orders weren't picked by anyone.

Blac Youngsta also has a history of selling drugs and carrying a gun. He has also spent some time in the penitentiary, which ultimately changed the course of his life and led him to start rhymes. 

After his release from prison, he began recording songs and released his first mixtape titled Fast Brick in 2012. Soon enough he released another one that year, and his third tape saw the market in 2014.

2014 was quite a busy one for Blac Youngsta. It left him devastated as he lost his brother in a shootout. He then released his single-named Heavy, which was in memory of his late brother. It was during these dark days that he was approached by Yo Gotti, who is recently featured on Chris Brown's album.

Blac Youngsta was offered to tour with Yo Gotti, and also a chance to feature on his hit song Wait For It. He was then signed onto his record label CMG in the year 2015.

After the contract, it was all uphill for the rapper and he released numerous mixtapes namely I Swear to God, Young an Restless and Fuck Everybody. His 2017 mixtape Illuminati had many prominent guest rappers like Quavo, Boosie Badazz, Jacques, and Young Thug, who is in relation with Jerrika Karlae.

His YouTube channel has more than over 22 million views. Due to Blac Youngsta's rising popularity in the rap industry, he has featured in many other albums of different rappers like Snootie Wild, Yung T, Rich Homie Quan, Gutta Child to name some. 

Blac Youngsta has never been open about his relationship with women. Blac has not been married and has no kids at all. He was once accused by Bell Williams, a transgender model to be gay. Blac immediately went against the rumors and confirmed his statement on being totally straight.

Blac was once stranded by the police for attempting to withdraw a huge amount of money in Buckethead, Atlanta.
