It's been four months since Beverley Mitchell revealed about suffering a miscarriage of twins and the 7th Heaven alum now says she her heart still hurts.
The television personality, 38, took to Instagram on Tuesday, March 19, to share with fans that how she feels after the lost her twins.
Alongside a throwback photo of herself with her husband, Michael Cameron, she wrote,
This was the photo of when we found out we were pregnant with twins last year. Today I share a little about my struggle this past week in knowing if I didn’t miscarry that I would have a baby, maybe even two, right now. I always keep it real with you guys and last week was a sad week for me, but through sadness comes joy, and this week I am focusing on love, gratitude and the magic of the future.

She further shared a post on her blog to detail her feelings. She wrote in the blog spot,
I look at our two beautiful [kids] and I am so incredibly grateful, but in my heart I know we are not complete. I so strongly feel there is another little soul waiting to join our family, and that is where I struggle.
The Secret Life of the American Teenager star then wrote, "Behind my smile, my heart just hurt [sic]!," adding, "And of course, the kids talk about wanting another brother or sister, so that is tough."
The reality star concluded her post with support and encouragement for others who are fighting a similar battle.
Know that it is OK to take time to feel it all. Give yourself a minute, sometimes life sucks but in the same breath life can be pure MAGIC. So let yourself feel, but also allow yourself to be open to the beauty and the magic too. Because in the darkness there is the beauty of the light!
As we previously reported, Mitchell shared a heartfelt Instagram post on November 22 and revealed that she and husband suffered a miscarriage of twins.
The couple, who became married in 2008, welcomed shares two children Kenzie, 5, and Hutton, 4, together.
