Calabrese completed her Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Field Of Study Dance from Webster University in 2001. When she was 14 years old, she went to dancing practice and attended a small liberal arts school to study dance. However, she failed to continue her dancing career after a back injury.
In May 2006, Calabrese founded Mighty Mommies Fitness center and began teaching women how to take care of their body and feel powerful in the midst of the pregnancy. Since April 2010, she has been working as a personal trainer at Equinox.
In October 2012, Calabrese launched a new line of websites called "Change My Plate," in Los Angeles, to educate on how much one should be eating. She also worked as a trainer for numerous celebrity like Rachel Zoe, Brooke Burke, and Tom Bergeron.
Calabrese has also worked as a pre and post-natal fitness specialist for ModernMom.com and writes for MomzInTheMix.com. Her workouts have been featured in C Magazine, LA Parent, The Palisadian Post and Daily Candy. Recently, she was invited to be the celebrity guest instructor for Power UP Sundance at Robert Redford’s Sundance Resort.
Calabrese is an American by nationality and belongs to white ethnicity. She was a married woman. She was married to her boyfriend and is blessed with a child named Dominic. She has not disclosed the name of her husband yet. The couple lived together for a long time, but they got divorce atter the difference between their opinion. She wanted to open her own business but her spouse denied and because of this reason, the couple separated.
