Arie Luyendyk Jr. and Lauren Burnham are on the way to become parents! The 'The Bachelor' alum and his fiancee, who are expecting their first child, know the gender of their baby. However, they have planned to announce if it’s a boy or girl around their upcoming wedding.
The reality star, 37, who is a racing driver, exclusively told Us Weekly, "We have to be careful not to slip!"
The mom-to-be, 26, shared her sentiment about whether she and her husband-to-be would be shopping for blue or pink onesies.
Lauren, who is a real estate agent from Phoenix, Arizona, told the publication, "I will say that the entire time I’ve had an inkling that it was one or the other."
The dad-to-be also shared the same feeling. The television personality explained, "We were correct. But I think either way, we’re so excited."
As previously reported, Lauren announced her pregnancy to Us Weekly on Wednesday, November 14.
She told the outlet, "I kind of had a feeling that I might be pregnant. So my friend insisted on bringing a pregnancy test over.
Lauren, 26, made her fiancé read the results. She added, "Arie came out with the test in his hand and tears in his eyes. He was like, ‘You’re pregnant!’"
Additionally, of the expecting news, Arie says, "We weren’t trying, but we are so excited".
As we previously reported, back in May, the adorable couple revealed the date and location of their wedding. They are set to exchange the vows in at Haiku Mill in Maui, Hawaii.
Around 100 guests have been planned to attend their nuptials.
Arie and Lauren became engaged after a shocking bachelor finale in March. The handsome hunk had parted ways with his initial choice, Becca Kufrin in the finale of the reality show.
