Updated On 05 Apr, 2019 Published On

It's been more than a week since Jana Kramer revealed that her husband, Mike Caussin, suffered a "massive" relapse in his sex addiction and the One Tree Hill alum now says the former Jacksonville Jaguars star could have another sex addiction relapse.

The television personality, 35, exclusively opened up about the possibility of her husband suffering another relapse to Us Weekly at a live Whine Down podcast.

She told the publication, "It could happen, but here’s the thing: Whether you’re an addict or not, something could always happen.

The reality star added, "Anyone can cheat. Someone can cheat right now or tomorrow.”

Noting the gravity of his particular situation, she added,

I think, of course, being an addict, I think there’s always that chance that it’s a higher chance, but I also know … where he’s at now and the work we’ve done in our relationship. He’s got to live day by day, and in this moment today, I know he’s sober and he’s healthy and we’re happy.

The couple, who shares two children; daughter Jolie, 3, and son Jace, 4 months, revealed during an episode of their podcast on March 25 that the former football tight end, 32, suffered a "massive" sex addiction relapse one year ago.

Jana said at the time,

It wasn’t physical out of the marriage, but it was something where the action was basically … We’re just basically happy that someone didn’t show up. … I showed up at the hotel instead.

The former NFL player shared with fans that he has been undergoing treatments for nearly three years but has been sober for only one year.

The pair married in May 2015 but in September 2016, sources reported that Mike cheated on his wife with multiple women which led them to split.

They ultimately reconciled and renewed their vows in December 2017.
