As per the report, Annette has been looking for two of her family homes - their 40-acre farmhouse in Water Mill, New York, and their house in The Hamptons - with the former Today show host in the future divorce settlement.
Additionally, according to sources, she is also “asking for a one-time cash payout of $20 million instead of requesting spousal support”.
A source told US Weekly,
If she does get the $20 million, Annette won’t ask for child support, but Matt will pay for major expenses for the kids, education, healthcare until they are 21.
It further added that the couple’s New Zealand ranch will be sold and they will “share the profits.”
As previously reported, the 60-year-old disgraced NBC host and the former model, who share three kids together; Jack, 16, Romy, 14, and Thijs, 11, was fired from the talk show in the aftermath of his sexual misconduct scandal in the workplace in November 2017.
On May 9, NBC News released the findings from their investigation into Matt but according to the report, executives found “no evidence” of sexual harassment complaints about him before November 2017.
This is not the first time that Annette has filed for divorce; in 2006, she first filed for divorce Matt's citing "cruel and inhumane" behavior but withdrew her petition three weeks later.
