Baby on the way for Amy Schumer and Chris Fischer! The Emmy Award-winning comedian is pregnant; she is expecting her first child together with her chef husband.
The comic star, 37, made her pregnancy announcement in a friend and journalist Jessica Yellin’s Instagram Story on Monday, October 22.
She posted all of Amy's picks for the 2018 mid-term elections, and at the bottom, she added an additional note from the stand-up comedian' "I’m pregnant-Amy Schumer."
Meanwhile, Amy, who appeared on the fifth season of the NBC reality competition series Last Comic Standing in 2007, teased the exciting announcement on her Instagram Stories; she photoshopped her and her husband's faces on Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's bodies.
The royal couple announced that expecting their first child last week.
The pregnancy announcement comes eight months the couple took to Instagram to announce that they got married in an intimate wedding ceremony outside a rented house in Malibu.
A Source told the publication at the time, "Most of the guests found out the wedding was happening from a text Amy sent [two days before]. It was, ‘Hey, this is happening. If you can make it, great. If not, no worries.’"
They tied the knot on February 13, just a few months after dating. The couple's big day was attended by celebrities including Jake Gyllenhaal, Jennifer Lawrence, Jennifer Aniston, Larry David and David Spade.
Amy was previously in a relationship with furniture designer Ben Hanisch. They got split in May 2017.
