Amy Carter is the daughter of Jimmy Carter, the former President of the United States. As the daughter of the president, Amy also became the talking point for the media during his father's tenure as a president in the White House. 

Amy Carter was born on October 19, 1967, in Georgia, The United States of America. She was very close to her mother Eleanor Rosalyn Smith, the former first lady. Amy is one of the four children to their parents, Jack Carter, Donnel Carter, James Carter. Her zodiac sign is Libra. His father became the governor of the state of Georgia while Amy was just three years old.

After his father became governor of the states, Amy got a celebrity status from the media. Soon, Amy had to leave her home as the family had to move into the Governor's luxurious mansion. 

In 1977, when she was just ten years old, her father was elected as the President of The United States. After that, she along with her President-father moved to White House, Washington DC. Her nanny Mary Price took care of her all the while during her father's presidency.

Any had no interest in politics but there was nothing that kept her away from raising her voice to the wrong things happening in American society. Amy protested against the CIA recruitment at the Brown University, for which she was arrested and expelled from the college.  

The following year, she decided to continue her studies, despite being previously expelled from the college. She went on to earn two degrees from Memphis College of arts, which is affiliated to Tulane University, Located at New Orleans. She graduated with a degree in Fine Arts. Later, she received her Master's degree in Art History from Tulane University.

Later, Amy took part in several protests as a supporter of race equality and protested against the Changing policies of The United States. 

Likewise, she participated in a number of protests during the early 1980s and early 90s, which pressurized the Government in changing its foreign policy. Amy is also analytic of foreign policy like author Robert Kagan.

Also, she supports Democratic political ideals which are irrelevant, in oppose to the current president Donald Trump.
