America's Got Talent 2008 winner Neal E. Boyd No More; Passes Away at 42

America's Got Talent winner of the third season, Neal Evans Boyd passes away at the age of 42 on Sunday, June 10

The opera singer was at his mother's home when he deceased. He was on his mothers' home at Sikeston, Missouri when his mother found him unresponsive. The Emergency Medical Service team performed their test and pronounced him deceased. 

The Scott County Coroner Scott Amick confirmed that he died at 6:26 pm on Sunday. The coroner also confirmed that the singer had heart failure, kidney failure, and liver problems. 

Boyd's body was cremated in Ponder Funeral Home. But, no other information on services has been released at this time. 

Following his decease, the NBC released a statement through America's Got Talent's Instagram page. The statement read, 

We are very saddened to hear that one of our 'AGT' family members, Neal E. Boyd, has passed away.

The post went on to read, 

Our hearts are with Neal's loved ones during this difficult time.

Subsequently, after Boyd's death, AGT's Piers Morgan also took to his Twitter profile to lament on his expiration. 

Very sad to hear that Neal Boyd, Season 3 winner of @AGT, has died at 42 from heart failure. Lovely guy with a wonderful voice. RIP.
