American Rapper Fredo Santana Passes Away Aged 27; Know the Reason behind his Death

American rapper Fredo Santana, born as Derrick Coleman, has passed away at the young age of 27. The reason behind his death is said to be kidney failure, however, the official confirmation has not been made yet.

Santana had been fighting with the kidney problem for some months and was also admitted to the hospital for the same reason, some months back in October. According to some sources, his girlfriend first saw him dead, lying on the floor in his house in Los Angeles.

Santana has an 8-month-old son with his girlfriend.

His several colleagues and fellow rappers including Drake, Lil Druk, Lil B revealed his death through social media and paid tribute to the rapper.

He had also revealed how he was addicted to lean and Xanax earlier this year. He fought against the overuse of drug and quit the habit. He said:

Until I can stop thinking about my dead homies and the trauma that I been thru in my life that's when I'll stop

Santana first released his mixtape, It's A Scary Site in September 2012 and his the mainstream same year after he signed a record deal.
