American rapper Fredo Santana, born as Derrick Coleman, has passed away at the young age of 27. The reason behind his death is said to be kidney failure, however, the official confirmation has not been made yet.
Santana had been fighting with the kidney problem for some months and was also admitted to the hospital for the same reason, some months back in October. According to some sources, his girlfriend first saw him dead, lying on the floor in his house in Los Angeles.
