American President Donald Trump has abruptly fired FBI director James Comey saying he was no longer able to effectively lead the law-enforcement agency.
Well, the sudden dismissal of Comey has put a forward a number of questions over Trump's integrity since Comey had been leading an FBI investigation into allegations of Russian meddling in the 2016 US presidential election and possible collusion with Trump's campaign.
Amid, the investigation and allegations, Trump has been constantly tweeting about how the allegation are a "hoax" and he has also claimed that the investigations are a "taxpayer-funded charade".

In the letter to the White House regarding the dismissal of Comey, he wrote:
"It is essential that we find new leadership for the FBI that restores public trust and confidence in its vital law enforcement mission,"
Trump's letter says he accepts the recommendation of Sessions
Further clarifying the recent action by Trump, the white house has said that the move is based on concerns over how Mr.Comey handled last year's investigation into Hillary Clinton's email server, not many people - particularly Democrats - are buying that line.
Well, Trump who was in all praise for Mr. Comey just before the election has all of a sudden turned into an enemy which has created several speculations that Trump is just looking for the reason to fire Comey.

"It took guts for Director Comey to make the move that he made in light of the kind of opposition he had where they're trying to protect her from criminal prosecution," Mr. Trump said at a campaign rally during the election. "It took a lot of guts."
