Alion, who the show twice-in 2015 and 2016, was partnered with Johnny, 79, a TV star in 2012.
Speaking to The Sun on Sunday on October 8, the father of BBC Radio 2 DJ Zoe Ball, claimed that 'his partner faked to have a fracture on her ankle so she could go on a holiday.'

But as per a blog released by the BBC in 2012, the accident was real and she had kept the show on 5th October on hold,
Aliona Vilani suffered a hairline fracture to her ankle today whilst training with partner Johnny Ball, putting her prospects for dancing in the first Strictly live show on 5th October on hold.
Aliona, 33, who partnered with Iveta Luksitue after she left Johnny, is now taking legal advice against the allegations from Johnny.
I have instructed solicitors and am taking legal advice in relation to his allegations. It’s therefore not appropriate to comment further at this time.
Aliona who recently gave birth to her first child in July with husband Vincent Kavanagh, a daughter, - also denied Johnny's accusation through her tweet on October 16

Though Aliona has claimed to take a legal action against Johnny, he still is strong on his words. Speaking to The Sun about the claims, Johnny said
It was a fix and it broke my heart. Aliona fell on a flat floor in flat shoes and said she had broken her leg.
