Alexa Bliss and Braun Strowman to Team for the WWE Mixed Match Challenge

Even though RAW's inaugural Mixed Match Challenge is still two weeks away, WWE fans have already got their Champions. On Wednesday, WWE announced that Alexa Bliss and Braun Strowman will team up for the event. Their team seems the strongest and unbeatable on the paper.

The team of the 6 feet 8 inches tall monster and 5 feet 1 inch WWE Diva was officially arranged by Kurt Angle.

The Mixed Match Challenge is set to feature 6 tag teams from 6 different brands that will debut on January 16 and will be aired on Facebook exclusively. More combinations are expected to be announced shortly including Big Show and Mickie James.

Several competitors have been confirmed for Raw that includes Alicia Fox, Asuka, Bayley, Nia Jax, Sasha Banks, Enzo Amore, The Miz, Goldust, Finn Balor, Elias, Jason Jordan and Samoa Joe. Likewise, Charlotte, Natalya, Carmella, Naomi, Lana, Becky Lynch, Shinsuke Nakamura, Jimmy Uso, Rusev, Sami Zayn, Bobby Roode will represent Smackdown.

Nia Jax not happy

Nia Jax is not happy with Bliss teaming up with Strowman. Both, Braun Strowman and Nia Jax were urging the General Manager Kurt Angle to pair them for the Mixed Match Challenge. However, the pairing is said to be based on the fans vote.

Braun Strowman seems quite excited to be paired with the WWE Champions as he tweeted,"The #Goddess and the #Monster enough said!!!! #MixedMatchChallenge #WWE #GetTheseHands"

Meanwhile, Jax is not happy with the decision of Kurt Angle and has referred Alexa is ‘bliss blocking’
