Adam LaVorgna is an American actor best known his roles in the films such as Milk Money, I'll Be Home for Christmas, 7th Heaven and The Beautician and the Beast. He has also starred in the television series Brooklyn Bridge.

Early Life

Adam LaVorgna was born on March 1, 1981, in New Haven, Connecticut, the United States of America, to his parents, Joseph LaVorgna and Sandra LaVorgna.

His father is a high school assistant principal while his mother is a college professor. He was raised along with his three siblings in North Branford.

As for his education, Adam completed his high school from Avin Old Frame and then earned a bachelor’s degree from Fairfield University in Connecticut in 2011. He has also attended Boston College.

Career

Adam LaVorgna had already started his career when he was just three years old; he made his television debut with the daytime series As the World Turns in 1984.

When he turned ten, he played the role of a young Frank Sinatra in the miniseries Sinatra and in 1995, he played the role of a witness to a bank robbery in an episode of Matlock ("The Getaway").

He has also appeared in the miniseries Degree of Guilt and Blood Brothers: The Joey DiPaolo Story, and in an episode of HBO hit series Lifestories: Families in Crisis.

Adam portrayed Nicholas Scamperelli in the CBS hit series Brooklyn Bridge, for which the actor received the Youth in Film Award for Best Actor in 1993.

He then appeared as a series regular as Robbie Palmer in 7th Heaven but left the show in 2002.

As for his film appearances, Adam has appeared in numerous movies such as I'll Be Home for Christmas, Milk Money, Monkey Trouble, Blast, and The Beautician and the Beast. He has also appeared in two feature films The Bumblebee Flies Away... and Outside Providence.

Most recently, he appeared in the Lifetime movie Stealing Chanel. He currently stars on the Starz hit show Power.
