Adam Lambert to Rock The Stage in The Finale of American Idol

After almost 10 years, one of the finale contestants on the season 8 of the American Idol, Adam Lambert in his much more improved avatar returned with two epic performances in the season 17 finale.

The singer returned to the show also to promote his new release New Eyes. And like always the 37 years old won everyone's attention with his signature quirky style for the performance as he sang out the track.

Along with Lambert, the 10 finalists of the show graced the stage as well as they together paid tribute to the legendary band, Queen.

Prior to this, Adam had been the part of the show earlier this season as he served as the mentor to the top 8 contestants of the show who opted to perform songs by Queen. And since Adam has been serving as the frontman of Queen for years now, there could no better teacher of the contestants.

And interestingly, three of the contestants he mentored, Madison VanDenburg, Laine Hardy and Alejandro Aranda, are set to compete for the trophy.

Back in 2009, Adam went on to become runner up losing to Kris Allen. However, he has been leading a successful career or the years. 

Talking of the show, 2020 season is set to air on ABC, but the judge for the next season is not confirmed yet. The current season is judged by Katy Perry, Luke Bryan, and Lionel Richie.
