Actor Tom Sizemore was allegedly sent home from the set of a 2003 movie after the allegations made by an 11-year-old girl stated that he touched her genitals, as per the report by The Hollywood Reporter.
In the story posted online on Monday, a dozen cast and crew members confirmed the incident to THR, revealing that it took place towards the end of filming Born Killers.
The 11-year-old girl, who had a small role in the movie, was required to sit on Tom’s lap during a photo session for a scene in the film.

At the time, now 55-year-old Tom allegedly either rubbed his finger against the little girl’s vagina or inserted it, according to THR. The 11-year-old subsequently told everything to her mother and the casting director Catrine McGregor was later informed. Catrine filed a complaint with SAG’s legal department and advocated for Tom to be fired from the film.
The news spread among the crew. Roi Maufas, who had been working as a production assistant told THR;
He was this guy who was already known for making inappropriate comments, being drunk, being high. We’re talking about consistent behavior, just being ‘Tom Sizemore’ on set every day. Then this happens. Guys reached for hammers.
Producer James R. Rosenthal, who died in 2011, “had to stop a group of us from going to visit Mr. Sizemore to kick the guy’s ass".
The Golden Globe-nominated star, Tom Sizemore, who was sent to jail for six months for physically abusing and harassing his ex-girlfriend Heidi Fleiss, denied the claim when he was confronted with it.
