Abby Lee Miller had left in the halfway house for temporary as she was transferred to federal prison for medical treatment, but she is now back to home.
The 51-year-old Dance Moms alum recently suffered back pain and thus she had to admit to hospital but she is now back in the halfway house.

According to the court documents obtained, the former dance teacher has to follow multiple strict guidelines as part of her supervised prison release or it's possible that she will be again behind the bars.
The documents further explain that Abby must submit drug tests.
Shortly after her release, on March 29, the reality star, who was replaced on Dance Moms with Cheryl Burke, was spotted enjoying a trip to the nail salon. Later on April 1, Abby was also caught celebrating Easter at a church service in Los Angeles.
As per the report, Abby is expected to be released on May 25.
